Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Returned products must be:
? Unused and in original condition
? In original packaging with all tags intact
? Mandatory Unboxing Video
To process returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect products, a clear unboxing video is required:
• The video must start before opening the package
• It should clearly show the shipping label and full unboxing process
? No return or refund will be accepted without this video proof
This ensures fair verification and protects both customers and the LuxeLink team.
? Refunds
Once your return is received and verified, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
? Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged products (with mandatory unboxing video proof).
? Return Rejection
Your return request may be rejected if:
• No unboxing video is provided for a defective/incorrect item
• The product is used, tampered with, or damaged by the customer
• The return request is raised after 7 days of delivery
